We provide voter information and civic advocacy communications regarding Contra Costa County ballot measures (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

Our voter information services are provided free of charge. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS communications you opt into.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the content published on StopMeasureB.com, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial civic information purposes.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
